Job Description and Requirements:
USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking two (2) Welder/Machinist to work out of Ft. Eustis, VA.
**********Requirements**
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Applicants selected will be subject to a national agency check.
* Medical physical signed by an MD within the past 5-years must be completed.
* Welding certifications NOT required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
* Proficient using G-code or other syntax to program CNC machinery.
Duties:
* Performs fusion inert-gas welding, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) using various metals, and metal alloys
that supports the conversion and upgrade of legacy training devices and for sustainment on a variety of organic-customer ground support equipment.
* Drawings and standards will be provided for all welding operations. Tasks and sample drawings will be provided in the form of a work order for
fabrication or repair actions. The incumbent is required to read and understand engineering drawings and welding symbols, fabricates manufacture-
welded parts from engineering drawing without direct supervision.
* Performs fusion welding using inert-gas methods.
* Welds a wide variety of materials such as aluminum, magnesium, alloyed and low alloy steel, stainless steel and nickel alloy steels. The incumbent is
required to have knowledge of the materials to select the correct filler materials.
* Welding codes and specifications shall be used as required.
* Based upon experience-background the incumbent may perform duties as a Qualified Weld Inspector by inspecting own welds and those of less qualified
welders, and may perform duties such as training and re-certification in the various welding processes.
* Read drawings to setup speeds, tooling attachments and perform CNC upright mill machining, and horizontal lathe-turning operations using cutters,
special attachments, and precision tools.
* Hold close tolerances, heat treat as required, modify drawings, initiate new "G" code programs, assist with technical data packages (TDPs) and use the
latest software upgrades to on machines to fabricate and/or repair face plates, Line Replacement Units (LRUs) and other mission support requirements.
* Additional duties as assigned.
