Scope:

General:

o Build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers


o Build and maintain client relationships that ensure the role becomes a trusted advisor

o Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills

o Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

o Moderate decision making authority guided by policies, procedures, and business operations protocol


o Build cross functional relationships with key customer resources and vendor/partners


Specific:


o Act as primary source of advice for document related issues and improvement opportunities


o Provide analytics and reporting to internal and external customers


o Manages and coordinates resolution of incidents and problems from identification through implementation of remedies and root cause analysis


o Perform data analytics on volume metrics and operational performance focusing on quality improvement


o Monitor and manage print queues and support ongoing print server management activities


o Monitor and manage Xerox remote monitoring and management tools


o Monitor and manage Xerox printer firmware and working through change management processes use Xerox tools to remotely manage printer firmware


o Support the asset management activities with a focus on asset database accuracy


o Analyzes incidents and problems to identify trends and potential problem areas so that actions can be taken to minimize the occurrence of incidents and to improve the processes to drive sustainable operational improvements


Candidate Education:


Minimum - Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field


Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Information Systems, or related field


Professional Certifications:


Minimum - ITIL V3 Foundation


Preferred - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher


Candidate Background:


Minimum - Has an analytic and systematic approach to problem solving


Minimum - Very detail oriented


Minimum - Strong MS Excel skills


Minimum - Process focused and quality driven


Minimum - Has experience in large technology implementations


Minimum - Has moderate experience working with data systems and databases


Minimum - Takes initiative in tasks and projects


Minimum - Has a good technical understanding and the aptitude to remain up to date on relevant technologies and business methodologies
